Nichola Wallis has worked in estate agency since 2002 and is a Partner at Holroyd Miller, overseeing the lettings department. With over two decades of experience, she has a particular passion for the compliance side of residential lettings, ensuring landlords and tenants are fully supported within an ever-changing regulatory landscape.
Nichola prides herself on building strong, long-term relationships with clients through clear communication and a practical, hands-on approach. Nichola can often be found in the office with her dog, Ralph – who may occasionally be heard before he’s seen. Outside of the day-to-day running of the department Nichola enjoys socialising with friends and family.
