Permitted Occupier Fee for one person to draw up a permitted occupier arrangement which explains their rights and responsibilities towards the named tenant.

To cover the risk of property damage and additional professional cleaning Including carpets and flooring. This will be protected with your security deposit/bond in a Government authorised scheme and may be returned at the end of the tenancy subject to a satisfactory check out inspection.
