Let Only Costs

£400.00 plus VAT (£480.00 inclusive of VAT) for securing a tenant

£100.00 plus VAT (£120.00 inclusive of VAT) for a Professional Inventory

£50.00 plus VAT (£60.00 inclusive of VAT) for a Legionella Assessment

Tenancy Renewal Fees

£100.00 plus VAT (£120.00 inclusive of VAT)

 

Full Management Costs

£300.00 plus VAT (£360 inclusive of VAT) when tenant is found (this will be deducted from the first month rent 10% + V.A.T (12% inclusive of VAT) of monthly rent . Subject to a minimum fee of £50 + VAT (£60.00 inclusive of VAT)

£100.00 plus VAT (£120.00 inclusive of VAT) for Professional Inventory and Legionella Assessment

£25.00 + VAT (£30.00 inclusive of VAT) Additional Property Visits 

£25.00 + VAT (£30.00 inclusive of VAT) Obtaining more than two contractor quotes

Arrangement fee for refurbishment works over £750.00 1% + VAT (1.2% inclusive of VAT) of total invoice including site visit at end of works

£150.00 plus VAT (£180.00 inclusive of VAT) for Re-Let Cost

£50.00+ VAT (£60.00 inclusive of VAT) for Additional Rent Reviews/ Notices

Tenant Fees

Referencing for one tenant (identity, immigration confirmation, financial credit checks, references from current and previous landlords / employers and any other relevant information to assess affordability.

£220 inclusive of VAT

Referencing for two tenants (identity, immigration confirmation, financial credit checks, references from current and previous landlords/ employers and any other relevant information to assess affordability. Guarantor fee for one person (identity, immigration confirmation, financial credit checks, references from current and previous landlords/ employers and any other relevant information to assess affordability.

£275 inclusive of VAT

Permitted Occupier Fee for one person to draw up a permitted occupier arrangement which explains their rights and responsibilities towards the named tenant.

£45 inclusive of VAT

Pet Deposit
To cover the risk of property damage and additional professional cleaning Including carpets and flooring. This will be protected with your security deposit/bond in a Government authorised scheme and may be returned at the end of the tenancy subject to a satisfactory check out inspection.

Unpaid Rent / Returned Payments
Interest at 8% above Bank of England Base Rate from date due

Others Fees and Charges
Lost security items and out of hour’s service subject to charges dependant on circumstances.
